Mustard Bath Compound
Add 2-3 tablespoons of compound to hot bath, for maximum benefit soak for about 20mins.
CLEANSING EATING PLAN TO REGAIN OPTIMUM WELLNESS (Use in conjunction with Mustard Bath Compound)

On rising, one large glass of fresh lemon water.
BREAKFAST: preferably after some exercise and only if hungry: Half a paw-paw
OR small sweet melon OR large crisp green apple OR any equivalent fruit in season eg. pineapple, peach. (NO HANEPOOT GRAFES, BANANAS OR ORANGES) TEA TIME: Herbal tea or cereal coffee (unsweetened) with milk if preferred. 4
Ryvita biscuits thinly buttered with Marmite or miso.
LUNCH: Large, fresh salad dressed in cold-pressed oil and lemon (or apple cider vinegar). Use herbal salt for seasoning. Large boiled or steamed potato, a level teaspoon of butter and two tablespoons of cottage cheese (low fat). Add a slice of whole wheat toast (if still hungry). To follow, baked or raw apple.
4 PM: Fresh fruit juice of Marmite drink.
DINNER: Fresh green salad and two steamed veg, eg. squash, carrot, pumpkin, beans, cauliflower and either a small jacket potato, brown rice or 1 slice of whole wheat toast. Also a cup of lentils OR cottage cheese OR tofu.
FOR DESSERT: Fruit.
SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Do not eat and drink together - waitat least half an hour before and after meals to drink. Exercise as much as possible, remembering to breathe deeply. Use salt sparingly. If hungry, eat apples.
DO NOT EAT / DRINK
Red meat, sugar, honey, jams, chocolate, candy, peanut butter, nuts, pastries, bakes, bananas, dates, oranges, avocados, oily or fried food, cooked cheeses, refined bread, Hanepoot grapes or tinned food. No alcohol or drugs of any kind, tea, coffee, or soft drinks.
DO EAT / DRINK
Lots of green leafy veg, eg, cabbage, kale, spinach, chard, sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli. Squash, celery, cucumber, radishes, turnips, beetroot, potatoes, yams, swedes, mealies, onions, garlic, fennel, carrots and green beans. Also eat fruit such as apples, melons, paw-paws, pineapples, peaches, grapes, berries and cherries.
STAY ON THIS FOR TWO WEEKS IN CONJUNCTION WITH CLEANSING HERBS AND BATH SALTS. THIS WILL REGENERATE AND RESTORE YOUTHFUL VIGOUR.
